Order Return/Exchange and Refund Policy

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the day you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it. Returns with the following reason will be acceptable:

  • Expired
  • Bloated packaging
  • Not properly sealed
  • Punctured packaging
  • Item curdled
  • With molds
  • Incorrect item received
  • Spoiled/Foul Taste and Smell 

Your item should be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Picture of item with expiration date should be sent to us to validate concern on returns. 

If your item is damaged already upon delivery, you need to inform us within 12 hours from the time of delivery. This can be done via Chatbot or send us an email. We will require photographic evidence of damages.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless it will fall under the issues stated above. 

The expiration date of the sale items is available on our chat box, and will be provided to you upon request. 

After validating your concern, we will notify you regarding the schedule of pull out and replacement of item.

REFUND

Once we receive your concern, we will inspect it and notify you. 

If your return is approved, we will send refund thru your bank account.

You will receive the credit within 4- 10 days.
